I am a body worker with over 25 years of experience. I have always loved my work and the incredible sense of connection it has brought me. In developing that connection, I always felt I was able to bring more than just my physical skills to the care I provided.
I discovered Reiki in 2008 and I felt its gentle energy infusing each therapy interaction with a healing presence. I didn't know how to explain what was happening.........and it definitely wasn't something anybody taught me about in school.
Then I took my first CranioSacral Therapy course in 2011! Again I was amazed at what I was seeing and feeling; both under my hands and in my body. The subtle feelings and the incredible changes people were feeling after a treatment session were hard to explain.
Gone was my traditional way of thinking about the body, mind, spirit connection.......hello energetic work!!
The impact CST had on people both physically and from an emotional perspective has had a huge shift in my work.
For the next number of years I completed more courses. I became a certified yoga teacher, a Reiki master and delved deeper into CST.
I continued to build my skills. Feedback from clients on the benefits of their experience convinces me to keep going.
I am pleased to offer CST and Reiki to the public at my home office in Hamilton Ontario.
